Where do you ship from & where can you ship to?

All orders are shipped from Houston, TX. We currently only ship within the United States. That being said you do not have to worry about import fees or any other surprise fees.
How can you offer such competitive prices as a new shop?

We have worked on finding suppliers for a long time and decided not to launch our website until we found the best one. Our supplier is one of the largest Japanese Pokemon TCG exporters in Japan.

We also keep our profit margins low so that we can offer our customers the best price possible.
When will my order ship?

Any in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Any Pre-order or Back-order items will have an estimated ship date listed in the item description. Do not order in-stock items, in the same order with a pre-order or back-order item as this will delay the shipping of the in-stock item.
Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns, unless you have received the incorrect item.

You are able to cancel any in stock order within 24 hours, however please note there will be a 10% cancellation fee. Pre-order and back-order items CANNOT be cancelled.
What do I do if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package gets lost or you receive your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages. We will do our best to package your order well to keep it safe from damage during transit as much as possible.
Will you only offer Japanese Pokemon Products?

We are launching with a few Japanese Pokemon products only at the moment, but will be offering Korean & Simplified Chinese products as well very soon.

We unfortunately do not have any distro access to offer English products, however we will offer some English products in the future when we have an opportunity to offer products under market price.
Do you offer no shrink boxes or loose packs?

We do not offer any boxes with no shrink or loose packs. We understand that the prices are more affordable with those options, but there is no way for us to verify that those products have not been tampered with. So we have decided not to offer them.
