Return/Cancellation Policy

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. Returns are only allowed if the wrong item has been sent to you.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after placing an order for items that are currently in stock - as long as your order has not already been processed. Please understand that there is a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made. 

Please note that pre-orders & back-orders CANNOT be cancelled.

Charge-backs:

All charge-backs will get you banned from the store immediately and indefinitely. Charge-backs charge us a fee and put negative marks on our website. If you submit a charge-back, all orders will be cancelled with a 10% cancellation fee for unfulfilled orders now and in the future. NO exception.
